Last meeting was a great seminar by Kyle Collins and Eric Taylor covering how to start training for or with a team and how to better focus on increasing your skydiving skills. President:
- This meeting we will be going over how much money is left for us to use and how we want to use it. We will also cover some equipment issues like getting new foam for the club helmets, a few new pairs of goggles, and some rubber bands for packing.
- Other topics to be discussed are upcoming meetings for this semester and what we want to cover. We will also try to find a date for a water training class for anyone looking for a B-License.
- We will also be discussing hosting a skills camp for this semester. We will talk about when to host it and how much money to save for it.
Vice-President:
- Mark is currently working on a new video for the club so if you want to be in it then please get your footage to him this meeting. It can be digital or VHS.
Treasurer:
- You need to make sure you pay your dues, especially if you are planning to use club equipment. You cannot jump club equipment until you pay your dues.
- We will also cover an overview of the Budget and what is left to spend.
Quartermaster:
- We will be covering the equipment policies and care as well as the new lock on the gear locker.
- A new lock is being added so if you are planning on jumping with club equipment you must call Ben Lee at 404-272-1214 to get the combination and to cover club equipment care. This is a must.
Public Relations:
- Keep recruiting, there are a good number of people who want to jump and just need to be asked. We will go over what to add to the website and how to advertise the club on campus so if you have ideas please bring them.
Tunnel Time Announcement:

We have some tunnel time in Orlando, the morning of Feb 11th and are
looking for someone interested in flying 30min - 1hour. All of the
time we have is booked as hour blocks so someone picking up an hour
would pay $675, and a half hour would be $337.50. I need to get rid of
this time in half hour blocks. If you are interested in something
other than half hour increments you will have to find some to fill the
remaining portion of the half hour block.
