A Look Back on Fall 2009 |

Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and yay angry drivers doing last minute shopping!
The Fall 2009 semester has come to a close, and the club is still going strong. We had a pretty exciting semester, with steadily increasing membership. Travis and Nathan have finished AFFi and begun teaching new skydivers. The club purchased some new equipment, including goggles that won't tear into pieces after a week and altimeters complete with GT logo faceplates. Due to growing demand, the third 190 is back in action, and we've seen the locker empty out several times with all nine rigs in the air. We also had some successful trips to the tunnels in Orlando and Paraclete.
The team has been putting hard work into getting ready for Collegiates, now just around the corner starting Dec 28. They overcame injuries and snowstorms, and even managed to win the 4-way at GSL in November. Wish them luck as they head out to Skydive Spaceland in Texas, and come back as we'll be posting results as they become available.
