The Sport Parachute Club is one of the longest lasting sport clubs at Georgia Tech and is also one of the most decorated sport clubs in the country.  Our recognition among the skydiving community is one that causes new members to wonder what has come before them to build such an outstanding reputation.  This is all due to you, our Alumni, who have worked hard to push the club and carry its name with each accomplishment.

From year to year the duties of the club get passed from one student to the next and those that graduate move on and slowly lose touch.  New members come in and haven't had a chance to meet those that came before them.  This year, we would like to make an effort to re-kindle the stories and happenings of the incredible history of the club.  Plans are to develop a newsletter that consists of recent happenings and accomplishments of the club, graduate accomplishments and a special section for crazy stories from the past. 

Along with the newsletter, there are plans for printing up some club apparel and merchandise with a new official club logo.  Georgia Tech is working to accommodate the school’s organizations with the ability of secure credit card sales through the website.  This is a tried and true system that the school itself is using currently and has had positive feedback.
